Internship Program
Fundamental Income offers spring, summer, and fall internship opportunities. Interns gain hands-on experience by taking on the responsibilities of a full time Analyst, working on numerous corporate transactions and making meaningful contributions to the delivery of projects. Interns receive continued on-the-job training in financial analysis and real estate valuation throughout the program, benefiting from working alongside experienced professionals and culminating in a capstone project whereby the Intern writes an investment memo and presents the transaction to Fundamental Income’s investment committee.

Fundamental Income Properties is seeking an Investment Associate in Phoenix, AZ, to lead financial analysis during due diligence, conduct credit assessments, and manage client-facing calls. This role involves presenting investment opportunities to internal teams and partners, overseeing portfolio performance, mentoring junior staff, and driving real estate valuations using various methods. The ideal candidate will have experience in investment analysis, portfolio management, and real estate valuation.
