Nate Shindel

Nate Shindel is a Vice President of Investments at Fundamental Income.  Nate’s primary responsibilities include analyzing, structuring and underwriting net lease investment opportunities.

Before joining Fundamental Income, Nate served as an underwriter at Trinity Capital Investment, a private venture debt fund focusing on mezzanine and senior loan financing for early stage technology companies. In that role, Nate served as part of the team responsible for conducting due diligence for all potential investment opportunities. Prior to Trinity Capital Investment, Nate specialized in underwriting at STORE Capital Corporation (NYSE: STOR), which focuses on the acquisition and leaseback of single tenant operational real estate on a net-lease basis. He brings a strong background in credit analysis and real estate finance, with over $500M of transactional experience.
