Julie Vargas serves as Senior Real Estate Transactions Coordinator for Fundamental Income. She has 8 years of experience in the real estate field, working for law firms and iBuyers across multiple states. She spent the last few years working as a transaction manager in cross functional teams to serve clients and investors in acquiring and disposing of residential and investment properties.

Prior to her career in real estate, Julie practiced as an attorney representing clients in divorce, family law and criminal matters in New York.

Julie grew up in Port Jefferson, New York and moved to Arizona in 2019 after her husband retired from active duty. She earned her B.A. in Legal Studies from an ABA approved program at Quinnipiac University. She earned her J.D. from Touro University Law School located in Central Islip, NY.
