Our goal is simple—focus on results. Drawing on their extensive experience in net lease real estate, capital markets, and credit opportunities, the firm’s principles founded Fundamental Income to identify and create investment strategies rooted in solid, understandable fundamentals and focused on generating sustainable income with predictable growth.
The Company created its inaugural index, the Fundamental Income Net Lease Real Estate Index (NETLXT) calculated by NASDAQ, to help define and track the rapidly expanding publicly traded Net Lease real estate sector. Fundamental Income is the Index Provider to the NETLease Corporate Real Estate ETF, (NYSEArca: NETL), launched by Exchange Traded Concepts.
