Jordan is a Vice President of Investments at Fundamental Income. Jordan’s primary responsibilities include analyzing, structuring, and underwriting net lease investment opportunities.

Before joining Fundamental Income, Jordan served as the Senior Financial Analyst for 4Front Ventures, a leading national operator in the emerging cannabis industry. In this role, he was responsible for leading the Company’s FP&A and financial modeling functions. During his time there, he helped the Company achieve profitability and raise over $45M in new capital. Prior to 4Front Ventures, Jordan was a Senior Underwriter at STORE Capital Corporation (NYSE: STOR), which focuses on the acquisition and leaseback of single tenant operational real estate on a net-lease basis. He brings a strong background in credit analysis and real estate finance, with $1 billion of transactional experience. Jordan also previously worked for Resolute Commercial Services, where he focused on business advisory and turnaround consulting.

Jordan graduated with his B.S. in Finance from W.P. Carey School of Business and Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University. He is currently a level 2 candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) program.
