Emily Sutchar

Assistant Controller

Emily serves as Assistant Controller of Fundamental Income.  In her role, Emily is responsible for ensuring Fundamental Income’s accounting records and financial reporting are accurate and in compliance with US and international accounting standards.

Emily has nine years of commercial real estate experience, focusing on full-cycle accounting for three publicly traded REITs. Most recently, as a fund controller at CIM Group, Emily has successfully managed the accounting transactions for two publicly traded REIT mergers.

Emily received her B.S. in Accounting from the University of Akron.
